How Do I Use Fortical®?
Dosing convenience
in tune with your daily life
Fortical® Nasal Spray is convenient and easy to use.
- Just one spray daily, any time of the day (even right before
bed)
- Alternate nostrils daily
- You can take it with or without food
- You don't have to stay standing or sitting for a period of time
after you take it
- Refrigerate bottle until opened—do not return the bottle to the
refrigerator after opening
- Keep bottle in an upright position
- Discard bottle 30 days after first use
- Take your calcium and vitamin D supplements as your healthcare
provider directs
If you use Fortical® Nasal Spray directly from the
refrigerator without letting it warm to room temperature, you may
experience local discomfort.
